For us at Röhm, leading a strong and future-oriented business means to act economically and ecologically sustainable, every step of the way. We strive for sound corporate governance, complying with all legal requirements and maintaining a balanced control system, and economic sustainability by introducing sustainable market solutions that are viable for the future, for us and our customers.
Where we stand in 2023
Röhm was able to confirm the Ecovadis Gold rating with an improved result.
We offer our customers seven proTerra products with reduced carbon footprint.
We developed a time bound climate action plan to reduce our Corporate Carbon Footprint by 30% until 2030.
302 new suppliers underwent a dedicated prequalification process.
Our water stress analysis is complete and covers all 13 manufacturing sites globally in all regions.
No incidents of corruptive or anti-competitive behavior.
The share of women among new hires rose from 21% to 25% in Germany.
Röhm has introduced a globally valid Diversity & Inclusion Policy.
Röhm is currently training 185 young people in Germany in twelve professions. This corresponds to a training rate of 7%.
