Binda's motivation? “My greatest sense of achievement is when we launch products in new markets and satisfy customers.” She is responsible for solving technical problems in the Bulk Monomers area. She provides technical support during sample qualification. “My aim is to contribute to the development of new business areas,” she says. One example: “HEMA 100 has passed customer qualification. This means that the methacrylate monomer can be marketed successfully.”
