Roehm Chemical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is authorized by Röhm GmbH as the regional headquarters in Asia to perform the functions as following:
- Investment and management decision;
- Capital operation and financial management;
- Research and development and technical support;
- Purchase, sales and marketing services;
- The logistics operation of supply chain management;
- Internal sharing services within the Group and outsourcing service of the overseas companies;
- Staff training and management.
Authorized to manage the companies as following:
- Roehm Hong Kong Co., Limited
- Roehm Chemicals India Private Limited
Meanwhile, Roehm Chemical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. has obtained the approval from the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce to be recognized as the Headquarter in Asia Region on September 14, 2022.
