Leadership Transition at Röhm: Goswin Uehlenbruck Succeeds Martin Krämer as CFO of Röhm

The Supervisory Board of Röhm GmbH has appointed Goswin Uehlenbruck as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Röhm GmbH with effect from June 1, 2026.

Goswin Uehlenbruck will assume the role from Martin Krämer, who will leave Röhm on June 1 after more than six very successful years as Chief Financial Officer and Labor Director to take on new challenges outside the organization.

Martin Krämer will continue in his current role at Röhm until the end of May. Effective June 1, he will be succeeded by Goswin Uehlenbruck, who currently serves as Senior Vice President Controlling and Chief Financial Officer for the Americas region.

Goswin Uehlenbruck studied mechanical engineering and business administration at RWTH Aachen University and has been working in the chemical industry for a total of 27 years. He has more than twelve years of experience in international finance functions. Since 2019, he has been responsible for the global controlling and finance function of Röhm GmbH and also took on the role of CFO in the Americas region at the beginning of 2026. Previously, Goswin Uehlenbruck held various senior management positions at Evonik Industries in Germany and abroad, including head of the Coatings Resins and Chlorosilane businesses as well as in Operations Management for Evonik’s integrated silicon activities. Several years of international experience in the USA underlines the strong operational, strategic and international management expertise of the new CFO.
